Ordering is made easy with our secure online order processing. If you would rather place
your order over the phone please contact us at (410) 352-9931.

After you have selected the items you want to purchase from the products page proceed to the online ordering system by clicking the View Cart Contents link at the top right part of this page and click the Checkout button at the bottom right of that page.

Once you have completed the online form you will receive an email response confirming your order. We will begin to process your order immediately. Since most products have to be custom created, plan on at least a 2 week delivery date. If we have any questions we will contact you at the email address you provided.

If you would like to check the status of your order please email info@perlsu.com and include your order number, your name as well as description of order.

Special Orders

Special orders are available and are subject to a 6 to 8 week minimum completion time. Some orders may be longer depending on the decal you choose and some orders may be completed sooner. Special orders are either shipped, hand delivered or you can pick them up. Full payment is due at time of delivery. You may either pay with cash, check or Visa / Mastercard. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit due on all orders when you place your order. All orders will be shipped by priority mail with a confirmation receipt, unless other arrangements are made. Some orders may take longer depending on special requests.  Special orders are shipped upon completion.  Full payment is due at time of order.  ….

Shipping

We use the United States Postal Services and UPS for shipping our products. After we have received your order it will be processed and you can expect to receive the order within 2-3 weeks.

Once we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email including tracking number and the carrier used.
